Oak Tree County Club is a semi-private golf course featuring four lakes that come into play on seven holes. The course is known for its large undulated greens and beautiful landscaping. There are approximately sixty large sand bunkers on the course. Fairways are tree lined and bordered by a generous cut of rough. Saving the best for last, the signature hole, No. 18, is a 407 - yard, par 4 that requires an accurate tee shot between two fairway bunkers, then an approach shot over a lake, highlighted by a scenic fountain, to the green. Golfers surveyed have rated Oak Tree as one on the best golf courses in Pennsylvania.

Tam O' Shanter Golf Course is
considered to be one of
Pennsylvania's finest public courses
is a challenge to all levels of golfers. 
Tam O' Shanter is known for its lush
green watered fairways and fast
bent grass greens bordered by large
native hardwoods and pines. The
excitement begins as you walk to
the first tee and observe the bronze
plaque commemorating Sam
Snead's record score of 65 in his
1949 exhibition. The signature hole
is the 115-yard Par 3 No. 14 known
as "Death Valley" because of the
many good scores that have died in
its depths.  After playing at Tam O'
Shanter Golf Course you will realize
why Golf Digest gave this facility a 4
star rating!

Spring Valley Golf Club and Lodge, inspired by Mother Nature, is an 18 hole public golf course.  Adventure lies ahead when you play this unique course.  A variety of terrain awaits you as you play each distinctive hole. No. 14 is especially breathtaking as you tee up above the fairway, starting out wide and narrowing your second shot over a pond.  Spring Valley has a distinct advantage of welcoming golfers to stay and play with its Golf Package Plans.  The lodge and farmhouse accommodates up to 40 golfers.  Packages include unlimited golf with breakfast and dinners.

On the Mercer County, PA border in Ohio are two of Ohio’s MUST PLAY Golf Courses: Yankee Run Golf Course and Pine Lakes Golf Club. 

Yankee Run Golf Course, an 18 hole public course, has a stunning and natural setting that is a beauty to behold. Pine Lakes Golf Club,
established in 1927,
is an 18 hole public
course. The superbly
maintained Golf
Complex sits on 234
acres of rolling terrain
and offers country
club quality. Pine
Lakes’ golf course
includes five lakes
with three fountains,
twelve new bunkers,
eight new greens, ten
new tee areas, eight
extended holes, and
four tee areas for
each hole. The
signature hole,
No. 16, is known as
the Saucer Hole
because of its shape
that plays 125 to 135 yards. Over the past 80 years there have been over 900 holes in one!  Pine Lakes Golf Club is one of two Mercer County Golf Trail members to have on site lodging.
